Fractal Names Ashwath Bhat as Chief Financial Officer

The global provider of artificial intelligence and advanced analytics solutions to Fortune 500 companies, Fractal, (fractal.ai), said that Ashwath Bhat will be the new Chief Financial Officer of the organisation. Ashwath will lead the company’s strategic finance, accounting, business intelligence, treasury, and legal activities from its global headquarters in New York.

Srikanth Velamakanni, Co-founder, Group Chief Executive & Vice Chairman of Fractal, welcomed Ashwath and said, “Ashwath has a great track record of driving operational excellence and profitable growth in global & diversified businesses. On his appointment Mr. Ashwath states, “Fractal is an exciting company that enjoys the trust of world’s most admired brands. I look forward to working with the team and execute on the company’s priorities, accelerate growth and maximize stakeholder value.”

Ashwath has more than twenty years of expertise in worldwide corporate finance and operations with reputable companies like GE, IBM, and Nielsen. He has worked at Nielsen for the past ten years in a number of roles, including SVP of Finance Operations, Gracenote’s CFO, and VP of Corporate FP&A.

Ashwath is an Indian chartered accountant and a graduate of GE’s Finance Management Program.
