Microsoft launches TossUp in Australia

Microsoft has released TossUp in Australia, an app designed to help groups of people make collaborative decisions ‘while on the go.’

It was launched as an experimental app via the Microsoft Garage and has since had some features updated to reflect feedback from beta users.

The latest release includes voting from the web allowing users to vote from an online platform for those who do not have the app downloaded. It also offers template polls that can be curated and sent out to a group, and specific groups can be now categorised.

Additionally, the app enables Force Touch from iOS9. Polls created through the app can be edited and a poll winner chosen. The feature ‘Copy Poll’ also allows users to send out polls for recurring events by using existing questions, options and friends list.
