VINCI Energies recently reached an agreement to acquire the APX Intégration company.This acquisition, which remains subject to the approval of the French competition authority, will expand the French market position of Axians, the VINCI Energies ICT (information and communication technologies) brand, notably in the rapidly growing cloud and data center segments. Axians currently generates revenue of €1.6 billion in 15 countries and employs 7,000 people.

APX Intégration’s diversified client portfolio (SMEs, large companies, public sector) and ecosystem of major technology partners will be very helpful in driving the expansion of Axians,” said VINCI Energies Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Yves Meignié.
