Google reportedly in talks to buy Fitbit

According to Reuters, Google owner Alphabet is in discussions to take over the US fitness trackers and smart watches maker Fitbit.

It is not known what price Google has offered to buy the San Francisco company and according to the report by Reuters, it is not certain that a deal will be concluded. Neither Fitbit nor Alphabet have commented on the report.

Last month, Reuters has said that Fitbit is contemplating a sale.
